1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Aurooo ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Aurooo is an immersive visual content platform that allows users to upload, share, and discover high-quality images and short videos (up to 15 seconds). The Service features a full-screen theater mode experience, social interactions, content recommendations, and personalized feeds.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your username complies with our guidelines (3-30 characters, alphanumeric and underscores only)

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Creating multiple accounts for abusive purposes is prohibited.

4. Content Guidelines

You may not upload, post, or otherwise transmit any Content that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains harmful, threatening, or offensive material
  • Harasses, abuses, or incites violence against others
  • Contains spam, malware, or viruses
  • Depicts illegal activities or extreme violence
  • Constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Exploits or harms minors in any way

4.1 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is permitted on Aurooo provided it is clearly labeled as such. Failure to disclose AI-generated content may result in removal and account action. AI-generated content depicting real individuals without consent is strictly prohibited.

4.2 NSFW Content

NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content must be tagged appropriately. Content that violates our community standards will be removed. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

4.3 Video Content

Videos must not exceed 15 seconds in duration. Standardized aspect ratios are enforced: 16:9 for PC, 4:3 for tablet, 9:16 for mobile.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Service, including displaying it to other users and in recommendations.

5.1 DMCA and Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to legal@aurooo.com with:

  • Description of the copyrighted work
  • URL of the infringing content
  • Your contact information
  • A statement of good faith belief
  • A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
  • Your physical or electronic signature

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of your personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Our moderation systems include:

  • Automated content scanning for policy violations
  • AI-based detection of harmful or inappropriate content
  • User reporting mechanisms
  • Manual review by our moderation team

Content flagged by our systems may be temporarily withheld until reviewed. Users may appeal content moderation decisions by contacting support@aurooo.com.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aurooo, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aurooo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
